What is a suggestion box?

The Graduate School of Environmental Studies has set up a "suggestion box. We are seriously committed to listening to your opinions, thoughts, and suggestions in order to create a more attractive Graduate School of Environmental Studies. Please feel free to send us your valuable comments, such as anything you find inconvenient or anything you would like to request to be changed or improved, to the "Suggestion Box.
Before submitting your comments, please read " Previous Suggestions and Responses" on this page to make sure that there are no similar suggestions.

Eligibility

Faculty members, researchers, graduate students, research students, administrative staff, administrative assistants, technical assistants, etc. of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies

Contents that cannot be accepted

・Contents related to a grade evaluation
・Information or invitations to various exchanges or workshops
・Defamation of individuals
・Misuse of research funds （Please report to Report Desk for the Misuse of Research Fund, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.）

Submission method

Please submit your comments by filling out the form from the link at the bottom of this page. Anonymous submissions are accepted, however, in such cases, the Executive Office of the Graduate School will review the form as an opinion and will try to improve it to meet the request.
If you need a response from the Graduate School, please check the "Response Required" box on the form and provide your name and email address. We will respond to you by e-mail. If you do not provide your name and e-mail address, we will not be able to respond and we will treat it as an opinion.

Responses to comments

Comments will be collected by the Graduate School General Affairs Section and reviewed by the Dean of the Graduate School. Comments that require a response will be discussed by the Executive Committee of the Graduate School or by each committee, and a response will be sent to the submitter by e-mail. Please note that your name, affiliation, and student/staff number will not be made public. In addition, the submissions will be treated anonymously during the deliberation process.
