Objective
To learn policies and plans and technological and institutional measures to realize low carbon cities with a view to integrating climatic change mitigation in urban development. To have a concrete idea of planning a low carbon city, actual policy plan for establishing low carbon city will be reviewed in the class. Students are supposed to have taken (be taking) a lecture Environmental Systems Analysis and Planning.
